HomeDosthi connects customers with independent, verified service professionals in Andhra and Telangana. Bookings are confirmed only by phone or WhatsApp by our team — submitting a website form is a request, not a confirmed booking.
Pricing & payment
- Prices on the website are starting rates. The final price is confirmed with you before work begins.
- Spare parts and materials are charged separately at MRP, only with your approval.
- Payment is made online while booking on our Homedosthi app. Pay securely online while booking.
- A ₹99 visiting charge applies if you decline the work after inspection.
Cancellation & rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 2 hours before your slot by calling or messaging us.
Warranty
Repair work (electrical, plumbing, carpentry) carries a 30-day labour warranty for the same issue. Warranty does not cover parts damaged by misuse, power surges or third-party work.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the work area
- Keep valuables secured during the visit
- Treat professionals with respect
Service providers
Professionals registering with HomeDosthi must provide genuine identity documents and agree to verification and our code of conduct.
Liability
HomeDosthi's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Andhra and Telangana, Telangana.
