When you call us, message us on WhatsApp or fill a request form, we collect only what is needed to arrange your service:
- Name and mobile number
- Service address, area and landmark
- Service details, preferred date and time
Our website does not store your form data on a server. Submitting a form opens WhatsApp with your details, which you choose to send to us.
How we use it
- To confirm and schedule your service
- To share your address and contact number with the assigned professional
- To follow up on quality and warranty claims
We never sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing with professionals
Only the professional assigned to your job receives your name, number and address, and only for the duration of that booking.
Data retention
Booking records are kept for up to 24 months for warranty and support purposes, after which they are deleted. You can request deletion at any time.
Cookies
This website uses only essential browser features and third-party fonts/CDNs. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your Rights & Account Deletion
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and personal data at any time. To delete your account and associated data, email us at support@homedosthi.com from your registered email/mobile, or use the account-deletion option in the app. We will process verified requests within 30 days, except where we must retain certain records by law.
Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party services (Google Firebase, Google Maps, Razorpay, OneSignal), each governed by its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
